MacDella Cooper Foundation’s Benefit

The Petite Café, Home of the Stuffed Cupcakes  provided a cupcake tier for the MacDella Cooper Foundation’s Polo Match and VIP Cocktail Dinner on Saturday July 25th.  The presence of the cupcakes was a contribution to a good cause that added to the playful atmosphere of the cocktail hour.

Owners Maureen and Keith Jaret created a five tier cupcake display which held over 200 mini-stuffed cupcakes in three different flavors.  To add a special touch for the foundation, Stuffed Cupcakes™ crafted a cupcake topper displaying the MacDella Cooper Foundation logo.

The MacDella Cooper Foundation is an international charitable organization devoted to empowering Liberian youth. The benefit dinner raised funds towards developing the MCF Academy, the first school in post-war Liberia offering free education and room and board to 200 students.

Among the guests who enjoyed the cupcakes were MacDella Cooper, founder of the MacDella Cooper Foundation; Ramona Singer, LuAnn de Lesseps, and Alex McCord of The Real Housewives of New York; and Nole Marin, judge on America’s Next Top Model Cycles 3 and 4.

The MacDella Cooper Foundation is the most recent charitable organization that Stuffed Cupcakes™ has been involved in. In the past three months alone, Stuffed Cupcakes™ has also made donations to benefit the American Cancer Society and anti-hunger organization Share Our Strength.

Stuffed Cupcake are popular among local patrons and celebrities including the stars of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New Jersey and rock legend/native Jerseyite Bruce Springsteen, who even has a flavor named after him.
