Well, now I understand how an older Actor feels, when they are no longer approached for the leading role. So I guess I’ll settle for competing in the best supporting role in the Award winning “Home of the Stuffed Cupcakes” screenplay.
Well, anyway, it affords me more time to fill my unusually quiet day, so here I am creating my first blog.
Here goes… The first piece of advice I will dole out today is “Stir It Up, Little Darling” (Bob Marley). I would like to stir up any questions and comments related to food or drink (2 of my favorite things) to create a continuous conversation. As with most things in my life, I will take a Zen approach to your questions and try to empower you to take control over your kitchen and will do my best in the upkeep of your culinary maintenance.
I will choose a topic and offer some 411, take request about anything you would like to know about and answer any 911 questions as soon as possible. Audience participation will be happily welcomed. Enjoy!!!

How captivating your site is for those who have an enormous sweet tooth! Cupcakes are the quick fix when you want something delish. I love the endless possiblities! Unfortunately, I live no where near you’re enticing bakery…I hail from New Orleans, and I have to say that I am glad to see the Big Easy cupcake mimics a praline and NOT a king cake. I bet it melts in your mouth like the real thing. Congrats on the unique venture!
Thank you. We have great respect for the people and culture of New Orleans.I would never define you through king cake Keep the faith down in beautifol La. Keith
I just saw your “stuffed” cupcakes on ABC News… I live in Bloomfield, and will be coming in for a few!!!!!! It’s an ingenious idea(kind of like the Twinkie) but home grown sound delicious!!!!!!!!! Hey, if that’s what you are known for….. that’s pretty good!!! It got your Cafe on a major news channel!!! Can’t wait to try them, GOOD LUCK!!
