Chocolate Mousse
3 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
1/3 lb of semi sweet chocolate
10 eggs whites
Whip heavy cream and place in refrigerator. Melt chocolate in double boiler, while melting, whip egg whites to stiff peaks. Once chocolate is melted, remove from double boiler and let stand, 5-7 minutes. Blend the melted chocolate with the whipped cream, then fold in egg whites.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
